Edit the invoice directly on the sheet — the paper is the form. Click any line and type: fields sit exactly where they will print, line items add and remove freely, totals recalculate to the cent, and the invoice number follows your own prefix-and-sequence rule (INV-0007 style), remembered between visits so the next invoice keeps counting where the last one stopped.

The math is automatic and ordered the way accountants expect: each line is quantity times unit price, the discount comes off the subtotal, and tax applies to what remains. Totals are computed in whole cents with half-up rounding, so what you send is what the spreadsheet says. Switch the currency and every amount relabels itself — USD, EUR, GBP, CNY and more.

Three ways out, all local: download a clean XLSX your client can open in Excel or Google Sheets, grab a CSV for accounting imports, or hit Print for a paper-sized invoice (A4 or Letter) that saves as PDF from the browser dialog. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — the whole generator is JavaScript running in your tab.

Working the other direction? Rollphy also converts Excel to JSON and JSON to CSV, and repairs Excel files that refuse to open.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this as a printable invoice template?
Yes — that's what the Print button is for. Choose A4 or Letter first, then print or save as PDF; only the invoice sheet goes on the page, with sensible margins and nothing else.
Does the invoice number increase automatically?
It follows your prefix and sequence (for example INV and 7 become INV-0007), and the browser remembers the last sequence you used, so your next visit continues the series.
Is my invoice data sent to a server?
No. The form, the totals and the XLSX/CSV files are all produced by code running in your browser. Close the tab and nothing remains on any server — there is no server.
Can I get a PDF instead?
Print to PDF gives you a PDF today from the same preview; a direct one-click PDF download is on the roadmap.
